01

Every Story Matters

Reading with your child is one of the simplest and most powerful ways to build language, strengthen your bond, and foster a lifelong love of learning. You don't have to be a teacher or read perfectly. Just spending a few minutes makes a difference.

02

Making Reading a Routine

Reading doesn't have to happen only at bedtime.

Try reading:

After Breakfast

Before naps

During bath time

While waiting for appointments

Anytime your child needs some quiet time

03

Talk about the Story

Reading is more than just saying the words on the page.

Ask questions like:

What do you see?

Where is this?

What color is this?

What do you think happens next?

04

Read with Expression

Use silly voices!

Make animal sounds.

Whisper.

Laugh.
